Best Christmas Pageant Ever Field Trip

After reading "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" during the month of December, the kids were very excited to travel to Louisville to watch the play.  After we watched the play, the kids made lots of comments about the similarities and differences between the book and the play.  This was a great field trip for kicking off the holiday season!

Career Day

We had a great time at career day today!  The students were able to hear presentations about several different careers including EMS, the Army, dentistry, veterinary care, and farming (just to name a few).  Be sure to ask your child about the presentation they liked best!

Kona Ice Day

It was a hot day today and the kids enjoyed cooling off with their Kona Ice treats!  Thank you to those of you who sent money in for this fundraiser, part of the money will be going towards purchasing our new reading series for third, fourth, and fifth grade.
